Tammi is a certified paralegal with over 10 years of experience in probate, estate planning, and real estate law. She also has earned her Series 7 and 63 FINRA licenses as a registered finance representative. With a strong foundation in managing complex processes and a dedication to providing excellent support, Tammi strives to ensure efficiency and clarity in every aspect of her work. She specializes in assisting with estate administration, financial investment matters, preparing legal documents and facilitating real estate transactions with a goal of prioritizing accuracy and attention to detail.

Calli Wheatley was born and raised in South Florida. She attended Palm Beach State College where she received her A.A. degree and a degree in Office Administration. She graduated from Palm Beach State College in 2015. Shortly after receiving a receptionist job at a law firm, a paralegal position was opening, and she decided to go back to school. She attended Florida Atlantic University to pursue her career as a paralegal. She completed the program in 2017. She has 9 years of experience with estate planning and probate.

Sabrina Afflixio is the firm’s administrative assistant and also a personal assistant to Judy Karniewicz. Sabrina has known Judy for over fourteen years and joined The Karniewicz Law Group in 2014. Sabrina is a SUNY graduate and has worked in various fields over the years, including marketing, sales and ultimately the legal field. She and her husband moved to Tampa in 1984, have raised two sons, and are now enjoying traveling and boating during their free time.

Julie C. Richie was born and raised in the Tampa Bay area. Julie’s background including banking, computer technical support, and various aspects of customer service. Julie has over 17 years of experience in the legal field as a legal assistant, as well as experience in office management and accounting. Julie worked with Judy Karniewicz for over 16 years before retiring from the legal field to handle bookkeeping for her local church and establish Red’s Farm in Riverview. She currently handles all billing and accounting for The Karniewicz Law Group.

Maddie Karniewicz was born and raised in Tampa, Florida. She has interned with The Karniewicz Law Group for the past two years, helping to convert our files to an electronic management system. You may hear from her as she reaches out to ensure we have the most up-to-date client information or as she attends meetings to assist with notarizing documents. Maddie aspires to become an attorney and will be heading to Florida State University in the fall to pursue that goal. She will continue to intern with our firm during the summer.
